Here are the documents I referenced on The O’Reilly Factor on September 14, 2016.

Biggest Irish Donor to Clinton… O’Brien gives $10-25 million in 2014.

Gets money from USAID and Gates Foundation to begin mobile banking while Clinton is co-chairman of Haiti’s official government recovery commission.

Makes lots of money.

Then receives USAID cash for education efforts.

Note the amount of USAID money is mentioned in the releases, but not the amount of the company foundation’s gift. 

Then by 2012 (while Clinton is still involved in the Haitian government recovery effort), Digicel begins carrying the national lottery on its phones with 15,000 people a day placing lottery bets on its system. 

Digicel buys its competitor and then becomes the sole wireless phone company in Haiti.

Starting in 2010, O’Brien helps Bill get speeches abroad.

This, of course, justifies Bill Clinton talking Marriott to partnering with O’Brien on a luxury hotel which Bill gets financing for from a World Bank affiliate.

There’s also money from the Canadian mining magnet who got permission to sell 20% of US uranium reserves to the Russians.
