Karl Rove joins the panel on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace to discuss Governor Jeb Bush's handling of the Iraq question, the 2016 presidential field, and the latest updates on the tragic Amtrak 188 crash.
Jeb Bush will have learned from this week's firestorm over his Iraq War comments, says Karl Rove, the Republican strategist who helped steer his brother to the White House.
"He's a very smart guy. He's not a guy who needs the lesson taught to him twice," Rove told TODAY's Savannah Guthrie on Friday.
While it would be ideal to repeal and replace ObamaCare today, Karl Rove explains it is not possible until there is a GOP president to do so. In the meantime, he warns the GOP needs to offer a plan in response to the pending SCOTUS decision.
